This top quality, fully furnished 2nd floor condominium has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, plus den with sleeper sofa. The decor is similar to a model home and the high ceilings create a welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, this unit has golf privileges available for transfer! For the electronics lover there are TV's in the living room and den, a Sony VCR/DVD surround sound home theater, and CD stereo for your enjoyment. There is also a one-car attached garage. Community pool, guarded community. A terrific seasonal rental for the serious golfer!

You will also be able to use Grandezza's spectacular clubhouse with this rental. There is a required one time GOLF membership transfer fee of $556.50. This will give you unlimited access to golf, tennis, fitness center, pool, and dining amenities.

Within Grandézza’s 550 acres, there are 23 shimmering lakes and 41 acres of nature preserve.     We were very satisfied with both the rental unit as well as the Grandezza community. The unit overlooked two fairways and within a comfortable walking distance to the main clubhouse. We found the unit very comfortable, particularly the main livng area and the master area. In addition the unit was very well stocked so not requiring us to bring in kitchen or other items.

    We would rate the property nearly a five on all counts.
