Oversized 1 car detached garage. Gated community with 600' lazy river pool, lap pool, tennis, shuffleboard.

Get ready for an amazing experience when you choose to stay in Falling Waters Beach Resort- a community decorated with cascading waterfalls, walkways, lakes, fountains, and beautiful vibrant tropical plants and trees. At the center of this beach resort community is a 600 foot lazy river that is sure to be enjoyed by all. Additional amenities include a clubhouse, lap pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and an active social calendar. This first floor end unit condo is beautifully decorated and features views of the lake and volcano fountain from almost every room. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a formal dining area for 6, a screened-in lanai, a laundry room, and an over-sized one car garage completes the package. Conveniently located close to downtown Naples and Marco Island. 30 day minimum and sorry, pets are not allowed.

    We will probably not be renting from Stock Realty next year
    We have been renting at Falling Waters for 10 plus years and we come here because we have several friends doing the same.
    Overall we have been very disappointed on the unit we rented this year and what it cost us. $$$ The cost thru a rental agency is about $1000
    more than from a homeowner.
    Our rental is one of the oldest units at FW and for the money needs much improvements. The main Tile Floors and Furniture is Good!
    The carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be replaced. Some of the vertical blinds are old and do not work. The toilets at times do not work well (needed to fix at times)
    The entrance door really needs to be painted and screen door replaced. The lanai could have been cleaner especially around the screens. We had to wash all the rails.
    Their could be more serving dishes and baking pans. No mixer! Mary Ann wanted to bake some cookies.
    We have never had to pay more than $100 for cleaning at FW and this year its $250.
    These are the reasons for our disappointments. Keep in mind this was our home for a full month!
