This spectacular San Remo II model floor plan is professionally decorated and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious great room, gourmet kitchen with dining, large screened lanai with private heated pool and spa, and much, much more! There is a 32" TV in both guest bedrooms, a 37" TV in the master bedroom, and a terrific 50" Panasonic flat screen TV with a Marantz stereo system and Klipsch speakers in the living room. Enjoy wireless internet! There is a lanai table for 4, 2 lounge chairs, gas grill, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella and 4 beach cruisers bikes all available for your convenience. Located in the lovely gated community of Caldecott in popular Lely Resort. Owner will consider a small dog upon approval with additional deposit and cleaning fee.



This vacation rental has the option of utilizing The Players Club & Spa for a transfer fee of $265.00, including tax, for the entire length of your stay.     We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home is very well appointed with all of the items provided for your enjoyment. The pool and spa in the enclosed lanai are bathed in sun due to the southerly exposure and although some noise is heard from the road bordering the rear of the property, once the impact glass slider doors are closed, you can hardly hear any noise. The transfer of membership to the players club is an added benefit which was simply the highlight of our time this winter. Be sure to go to "pasta night" and enjoy the other exciting activities at the club. Lily from the management office was excellent to deal with and very responsive whenever we spoke to her. The property is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The kitchen has all the cooking equipment you will ever need, plenty of linens, tvs and dvd players in all the bedrooms,etc.
    We would be back in a heartbeat except that we are purchasing our own property in Lely as we feel in love with all it has to offer.

    After a 10 hours flight and 16 hours total travel time, we moved in late as easily as in a hotel room. The few minor issues we experienced were quickly dealt with by Stock. Our only lasting problem was the Comcast server which kept cutting off. The home is very comfortable. Road noise can be loud early morning but it didn't keep us from enjoying the southern exposure of Lanai and pool throughout the day.

    This was our first time at Lely. We were not sure how we would like it. Our rental was for 3 months.
    We are not golfers so how were we going to spend our days?
    We walked four miles or went to the Fitness Center most days
    Enjoyed the Club House and pool. Pasta night and Friday dinners were great. The new Bark Park was a big hit with us. We met many wonderful people Most of all, our family loved Lely. The staff at every facility was exceptional.
    Looking forward to next year.

    GREAT lanai, pool, spa, kitchen, great room, closets!
    Noise - surrounding construction, main road behind, neighbor runs remote controlled car all over.
    Furniture - Only one TV viewing chair, couches not comfortable.
    Bathroom - Master WAY too small, cut up. No towel bars ANYWHERE.
    Garage - Lots of junk
    Entertainment Systems - LOTS of GREAT TVs but great room setup a bit unreliable and far too complicated. Never did figure out how to record on channel and watch another.
    Utensils - Some decent knives would help.

      Unfortunately construction is something that comes with renting in a beautiful new community. Owner has now installed towel hooks in both bathrooms. The garage only has a few items including two owners cabinets and some beach/pool items for the tenant's convenience. The couches are brand new, made by a reputable manufacturer and selected by the Owners interior designer. They are plush and soft and may not be considered comfortable by those who prefer a hard couch but would likely be considered comfortable by the majority of people. The knife set is brand new and made by a name brand manufacturer and should be more than adequate for normal daily use. The stereo system in the family room is a new, higher end Marantz system with 5 Klipsch speakers in the ceiling and 2 in the lanai and a Polk audio woofer. As such, it is necessarily more complex than a simple, less expensive system. Instructions left by the Owners are clear and detailed and, if followed, will simplify usage and result in reliable performance. Operation should be easy.The Comcast HD box can go down and require rebooting or set up through Comcast if signal interruptions or broadcast difficulties arise, which happens occasionally. Road behind home is a residential road.
