    This was our second winter staying in the Peterson home. We enjoyed it immensely, so much so that we have purchased a casita in Paseo.

    Paseo has much to offer. Its amenities are outstanding. The staff is very nice and helpful. The residents were friendly which contributed to a great atmosphere. The community pool is unbelievable. We haven't seen anything that compares to it at other communities.

    The management company needs to learn each properties nuances. There are differences between Paseo and Ole'. Specifically, that Paseo does not use barrels for trash, the location of the mailboxes and the need to notify the post office that you are there to receive mail. Where to leave the key upon departure - the instructions tell you to leave the key at the rental office. In other words Stock development rentals needs to make a set of directions expressly for Paseo.
    We are hopeful to return next year.
