Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Osprey floor plan is located in the lovely community of Ascot within beautiful Lely Resort. It is tastefully decorated and features many upgrades and special touches throughout the unit, including vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is large and well-equipped. There is a dining room for casual, Southwest Florida entertaining. The living room has comfy leather sofas and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and TV. The master bathroom has a large Roman tub, tiled shower, and double sinks. The guest bedroom and guest bathroom is perfect for your visiting guests and family. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. This unit features a large screened lanai, a one-car attached garage, and easy access to Ascot's community pool. This vacation rental has the option of utilizing The Players Club & Spa for a transfer fee of $265.00, including tax, for the entire length of your stay.     Excellent as usual. The only fly in the ointment was mildew in the shower and on the Lanai upon arrival. My wife spent considerable time removing the mildew. Although I would rate the unit as clean upon arrival, it was cleaner when we departed.

    We located property in VRBO website but Stock were not prepared to abide by terms stated on line ie refusal to accept credit card payment and wanted differerent(and more onerous)installments. We were rather unsettled by Stocks failure to understand our point of view and this was an unneccessary complication, All was sttled ok in the end.
